M-7
A rootstock originating from England. Used for apple production. Ensures abundant fruiting. Has no special soil requirements. Starts vegetation late. Sensitive to root collar canker.
M-9
A dwarf rootstock from England. Used for apple production. Provides abundant and annual yields. Requires fairly fertile soils, does not tolerate drought. Quite resistant to powdery mildew, scab, and collar rot; susceptible to fire blight and woolly aphid.
M-26
A rootstock from England. Used for apples. Starts vegetation late, so not recommended for late-fruiting varieties. Resistant to scab and powdery mildew, moderately susceptible to collar rot, susceptible to woolly aphid and fire blight.
P-60
A semi-dwarf rootstock from Poland. Used for apple production. Provides abundant yields and good fruit coloration. Enters vegetation period early. Recommended for sandy soils, dislikes wet soils. Quite resistant to scab, susceptible to powdery mildew.
